Megan, her little sister Kori, and I were able to go to the Draper Temple open house the other day. The only open house I have ever been to was the Nauvoo temple, and I was 14, so it's been a while since I have had this opportunity. It seriously is an incredibly beautiful temple on the inside and out! The temple on the outside is made of gorgeous white granite. It is so pretty because it is nestled in the mountain side, and it looks over the Valley.
Me and Megan after the open House.
Below is The Denver Temple. The temple I grew up being closest to. I have a lot of memories at this temple (my sister's wedding, and cinnamon rolls in the cafeteria after ward trips haha) I was lucky enuogh to only be about 30 minutes from this Temple. My earliest memories of the Denver Temple were taking pics with my Primary class sitting by the fountain...
With my parents now stationed in Logan, UT. they too are just a few minutes away from the temple. The Logan Temple is very unique, but still quite breath-taking. We can see it from our house, and I absolutely love it!!
On a trip this summer to San Diego, I discovered my "favorite" temple. I know your technically not supposed to have a favorite, buuut- for the sake of the blog, and your eyes, I will post one. It honestly, ok, I'm going to say this.."took my breath awaaaaaaay" I LOVE it, and I would love to marry someone from SD, let alone even CA just so I could get married there.
ps. I took this pic. ya, I know.
